Cancellations: If you cancel more than 30 days prior to arrival, we will refund your deposit minus EUR 50 administrative charges. 30 days and less, we keep the deposit unless we are able to fill your reserved dates; in which case we will refund your deposit minus EUR 50 as well!
Travel Insurance: Since we do not refund payments (except for damage deposit) for no shows or short term cancellations, we highly recommend travel insurance, in case you should not be able to stay with us for your reserved dates!
The apartment is EUR 65,- per night. For stays shorter than 6 nights we charge a cleaning fee of EUR 35,-. From 7 nights up we give a discount of 15%!

For longer stays than 13 nights: weekly cleaning and change of linens and towels.
All prices plus 10% VAT.
A security deposit (furnishings, glass, art, etc) of 150 EUR will be charged before arrival and returned after departure, if everything is in order.
Check in is after 2pm and before 8pm on the day of your arrival.
Latest check out is before 11am on the day of your departure, if you stay longer without permission, we charge EUR 30 for extra cleaning.
