The price per night is USD 195.00 - for 2 persons.
Maximum occupancy is 2.
Less than 6 nights, we charge a cleaning fee of USD 60.00.
We collect a damage deposit of USD 150.00, which will be refunded to you after departure.
Discounts:
Stays longer than 6 nights: Discount of 15%
Stays longer than 28 nights: Discount of 35%

Mar 28th, 2010 - Apr 4th, 2010: 15% Increase
May 19th, 2010 - May 26th, 2010: 10% Increase
Sep 1st, 2010 - Oct 1st, 2010: 10% Increase
Oct 1st, 2010 - Oct 31st, 2010: 20% Increase
Nov 5th, 2010 - Nov 8th, 2010: 20% Increase
Dec 24th, 2010 - Jan 3rd, 2011: 20% Increase
Full payment is due when you book.
Check-In: After 3 PM (you will receive instructions on how to enter the apartment after booking)
Checkout: Before 11 AM
The apartment is smoke and allergen free - so, sorry, no pets or smoking!
Cancellations: If you cancel more than 30 days prior to arrival, we will refund your rental amount minus $50. administrative charges. 30 days and less, we keep 100% unless we are able to fill your reserved dates; in which case we will refund your whole payment (- $50) as well!
Travel Insurance: Since we do not refund payments (except for damage deposit) for no shows or short term cancellations, we highly recommend travel insurance, in case you should not be able to stay with us for your reserved dates!
