Central 1BR Park Views - Terms and Conditions
The price per night is 75,00 EUR (+10.00% tax) - for 2 persons.
Each additional person pays 15,00 EUR per night.
Maximum occupancy is 4.
Less than 6 nights, we charge a cleaning fee of 45,00 EUR.

Stays longer than 6 nights: Discount of 15%
Stays longer than 28 nights: Discount of 45%

Jan 15th, 2010 - Mar 16th, 2010: -20% Discount
Mar 27th, 2010 - Apr 4th, 2010: 15% Increase
May 1st, 2010 - Jun 30th, 2010: 10% Increase
Sep 1st, 2010 - Oct 16th, 2010: 10% Increase
Dec 24th, 2010 - Jan 3rd, 2011: 15% Increase
At booking 20% of your total rent is due.
If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, 20 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
The balance is due in cash. Please, be at the apartment at the designated time (note on table), or leave the money on the table and we will let ourselves into the apartment to pick it up!
Cleaning: For a stay longer than 13 days, weekly cleaning and change of linens and towels. When you get a special discount more than the above mentioned, then bi-weekly cleaning only.
Cleaning and linen-change more often is optional.
Check in is after 3pm on the day of your arrival.
Early check-in:
If you arrive earlier and want to enter the apartment it is best to book the day before to be sure that nobody else is checking out the same day.

Late check-in:
In case you arrive after 9pm at the apartment, the building door is locked. Let us know in advance to take care for the key transfer.
Latest check out is before 11am on the day of your departure, if you stay longer without prior notification, we charge EUR 30 for extra cleaning time.

A baby cot is available for a 1 time fee of EUR 25.
