Apartment Rose - Terms and Conditions
The price per night is 95,00 EUR - for 2 persons.
Each additional person pays 15,00 EUR per night.
Maximum occupancy is 4.
Less than 6 nights, we charge a cleaning fee of 65,00 EUR.
Discounts:
Stays longer than 28 nights: Discount of 45%
Seasonal Pricing:
Jan 15th, 2010 - Mar 16th, 2010: -20% Discount
Mar 27th, 2010 - Apr 4th, 2010: 15% Increase
May 1st, 2010 - Jun 30th, 2010: 10% Increase
Sep 1st, 2010 - Oct 16th, 2010: 10% Increase
Dec 24th, 2010 - Jan 3rd, 2011: 15% Increase
Cancellations: If you cancel more than 30 days prior to arrival, we will refund your rent minus EUR 50 administrative charges. 30 days and less, we keep the whole amount, unless we are able to fill your reserved dates; in which case we will refund 100% of the new tenant's rent minus EUR 50 as well!
We reserve the right to cancel your booking as well until 30 days prior to arrival - in this case we refund your whole payment.
Cleaning: For a stay longer than 13 days, weekly cleaning and change of linens and towels. In case you stay long term, with a special discount (other than the above), then cleaning is not included and will be charged separately.
Cleanings and linen-changes can be purchsed at EUR 65 per 2 persons.
Check in is after 3pm on the day of your arrival.
Latest check out is before 11am on the day of your departure, if you stay longer without prior notification, we charge EUR 30 for extra cleaning time.
