Hotel Kokomo Dorado Room 2 - Terms and Conditions
The price per night is USD 78.00 (+9.00% tax) - for 2 persons.
Each additional person pays USD 10.00 per night.
Maximum occupancy is 3.
Less than 2 nights, we charge a cleaning fee of USD 20.00.
We collect a damage deposit of USD 50.00, which will be refunded to you after departure.
Discounts:
Stays longer than 6 nights: Discount of 15%
Book less than 3 days before arrival: Discount of 15%
Seasonal Pricing:
Apr 1st, 2010 - Apr 5th, 2010: 20% Increase
Dec 24th, 2010 - Jan 3rd, 2011: 20% Increase
We collect 100% of your rental fee upon reservation, plus 9% tax. A returnable $50 damage deposit will also be collected. It will be returned to you after departure, when our cleaning staff has checked your room for damage, missing towels, etc.
Cancellations: If you cancel more than 30 days prior to arrival, we will refund your deposit minus $50. administrative charges. 30 days and less, we keep 100% of your rental fee, unless we are able to fill your reserved dates; in which case we will refund 100% (- $50) as well!
Since we do not refund for no shows or short term cancellations, we highly recommend travel insurance, in case you should not be able to stay with us for your reserved dates!
Check-in is after 4pm on the day of your arrival.
Checkout is before 11am on the day of your departure.
