Vienna City Center Apartment - Terms and Conditions
The price per night is 130,00 EUR - for 2 persons.
Each additional person pays 13,00 EUR per night.
Maximum occupancy is 4.
Less than 6 nights, we charge a cleaning fee of 66,00 EUR.
We collect a damage deposit of 150,00 EUR, which will be refunded to you after departure.
Discounts:
Stays longer than 6 nights: Discount of 15%
Stays longer than 28 nights: Discount of 40%
Seasonal Pricing:
Jan 15th, 2010 - Feb 14th, 2010: -10% Discount
Mar 27th, 2010 - Apr 3rd, 2010: 15% Increase
May 1st, 2010 - Jun 30th, 2010: 10% Increase
Dec 24th, 2010 - Jan 3rd, 2011: 15% Increase
Cancellations: 30 days or more before your arrival you lose your deposit. 30 days or less, 50% of the remaining rent will be charged, 10 days or less 100% of the remaining rent is due!
A security deposit (furnishings, glass, art, etc) of 150 EUR will be charged before arrival and returned after departure, if everything is in order.
At reservation you pay 15% of rent via PayPal (with creditcard), the rest is due in cash upon arrival.
