Apartment Alt Wien - Terms and Conditions
The price per night is 75,00 EUR - for 2 persons.
Each additional person pays 15,00 EUR per night.
Maximum occupancy is 4.
Less than 6 nights, we charge a cleaning fee of 60,00 EUR.
We collect a damage deposit of 150,00 EUR, which will be refunded to you after departure.
Discounts:
Stays longer than 6 nights: Discount of 15%
Stays longer than 28 nights: Discount of 45%
Seasonal Pricing:
Mar 27th, 2010 - Apr 3rd, 2010: 15% Increase
May 1st, 2010 - May 31st, 2010: 10% Increase
Dec 24th, 2010 - Jan 3rd, 2011: 15% Increase
Cancellations:
If you cancel more than 30 days prior to arrival, we will refund your deposit minus EUR 50 administrative charges. 30 days and less, we keep the deposit unless we are able to fill your reserved dates; in which case we will refund your deposit minus EUR 50 as well!
We reserve the right to cancel your booking as well until 30 days
prior to arrival - in this case we refund your whole payment.
Cleaning: For a stay longer than 13 days, weekly cleaning and change of linens and towels. When you get a special discount more than the above mentioned, then bi-weekly cleaning only.
Cleaning and linen-change more often is optional.
Check-in is after 15:00 on the day of your arrival.
If you check in after 9pm, you have to pay extra fee of EUR 25 to the person who opens you the main door. Please let us know to organize this.
Checkout is before 11:00 on the day of your departure.
