Maximum occupancy is 6.
50% (15% + 35%)deposit at booking. The rest is due at arrival, when you receive the apartment keys.
Cancellation
If you cancel booking at least 3 weeks before arrival you will get a voucher valid for one year. If you cancel within the last 21 days before arrival the 50% prepayment becomes a cancellation fee and will not be refunded.
Check in time: 15:00 - 19:00 h
Check out time: 10:00 h
Other times have to be negotiated.
Deposit
For long-term stays and installation of local telephone, internetconnection and PC we reqire a deposit.
Payment
Bank transfer free of charge or cash in €. Credit Cards accepted
We keep the right to charge a final cleaning fee if the apartment is not given back in clean and undamaged condition.
