Hotel Kokomo - Terms and Conditions
We will hold your reservation for 10 minutes after you are taken to PayPal. After 10 minutes your chosen dates will become available for booking again. Please, make sure to complete payment in this timeframe! If it takes you longer, Hotel Kokomo reserves the right to cancel your reservation, due to possible overbooking.
We collect 100% of your rental fee upon reservation, plus 9% tax. A returnable $50 damage deposit will also be collected. It will be returned to you after departure, when our cleaning staff has checked your room for damage, missing towels, etc.
Cancellations: If you cancel more than 30 days prior to arrival, we will refund your deposit minus $50. administrative charges. 30 days and less, we keep 100% of your rental fee, unless we are able to fill your reserved dates; in which case we will refund 100% (- $50) as well!
Since we do not refund deposits for no shows or short term cancellations, we highly recommend travel insurance, in case you should not be able to stay with us for your reserved dates!
Check in is after 4pm on the day of your arrival.
Check out is before 11am on the day of your departure.
